I am in a military camp in Kavala now. I was in a village near Drama region before. I had to take the train to go from the village to the city if I wanted netcafe. The cheapest netcafe there, was 2.5 euro per hour. The others were 3!!! :P In Thessaloniki, the usual price is 2 euros per hour and there were some nice with 1-1.5 at specific times. Now, the first one I encountered here is 1 euro per hour and it's good (allows access to HD and to run programms, demos, install progs, etc.). So, normally the others might be in a similar price maybe, because of not monopoly. Yey! I'll check the other netcafes too! Also, now the camp is in the city of Kavala or near it (20 minutes walk from here or take the bus). Yey!
