The following versions use 32bit color depth, 16bit z-buffer and 16bit textures:
ts4kms02_640x480x32D16.com
ts4kms02_800x600x32D16.com

The following versions use 16bit color depth, 16bit z-buffer and 16bit textures:
ts4kms02_640x480x16.com
ts4kms02_800x600x16.com

The following version uses 16bit color depth, 16bit z-buffer and 16bit textures
and renders on the second display adapter:
ts4kms02_640x480x16_2ndcard.com


The following color modes are used:
Display format : X8R8G8B8 or R5G6B5
Z-buffer format: D24S8 or D16
Texture format : R5G6B5

Not that some cards use X1R5G5B5 rather than R5G6B5 for 16bit rendering.
In this case, try using the 32bit version instead.
