Are some of the screens intentionally silent, or is this a bug in Vice?
maybe your sound setup is wrong, every part has sound.
Probably caused by some parts having proper TED (chip in Plus4) sound, while others need an external SID-card.
FreeFull since long time, the VICE Plus/4 emulation is quite poor, try YAPE instead.
I have new love for Plus/4!

Sdw seems to be right, enabling the external SID cartridge helped.
And Luca is right about VICE, there seem to be graphical issues that don't happen in Yape
