You could have used one delay.bat that gets called each time one is needed, oh an you can redirect ping to >nul to get zero output from it :p
I was left with like 10+ prompts in the end, next time kill the old ones or call the animation batch files from a "main batch" file, thus keeping all in one window.

"Logical" animations could have also been possible with some use of variables, loops and conditions.
Sadly this is just straight "frame by frame" animation :/
