probably it does display c64 image files on pc.
it simulates classic tube tv display with rasters and beam inertia. also it is the best c= interlace pic viewer so far...
Sounds like a cool idea considering how bad IFLI looks on PC emulators :)
This is opensource? If yes then i will be happy because now emulators can look properly!
