Menu looks rather cheap (code doesn't seem to be that great either, usual "we didn't bother to correctly disable sprites" trash on screen), great classic tune by Arcane used though. The stuff on the pack is not too special either but the Dictators demo has some nice parts and the Aurora demo is not bad either (a bit messy though).

there is a bit too much of blue everywhere, but its a nice packmenu anyway
