This is essentially a compofiller quickly hacked together in one evening before the deadline. It is not optimized, cuts many corners a lot, etc etc.
It uses vulkan with release version of ray tracing extensions (`VK_KHR_ray_tracing_pipeline` and friends), so it requires latest drivers (from at least late December). It was extensively tested by running a couple of times on a very broad pool of just a single Nvidia card. It's nothing but a miracle that it worked on a compo machine, or anywhere else for that matter.
NV drivers only support ray tracing in 64-bit mode, so this intro is 64-bit and packed using UPX, because that's the only packer I found that supports 64-bit binaries.
Almost no effort was made to make it smaller, so likely it can be shrunken down 2-3x.

Final-er version may be coming soon with better compat, perf and a functional denoiser (but not more content) if I'm able to allocate time.

Given the amount of noise, I imagine this is bruteforce path tracing done from scratch each frame?

Yeah, this is bruteforce PT, no importance sampling, no anything clever.
There is enough space left to do path tracing properly, with importance sampling, GGX/whatever, proper denoise (not sure about temporal denoise, though -- non-trivial amount of triangles is temporally unstable). Now I'm trying to find time to make a final with all of the above and also release sources, so people have a starting point for vulkan 64ks.

the noise was quite distracting, but i liked the beat and the scene.
I feel it could also benefit from some other camera angles to tie it all together.
Looking forward to more hw raytraced vulkan stuff.
