CPCtelera is an Amstrad CPC focused, z80 low-level game coding library for C and assembly coders, which comes with a complete build and project management system and tools for content authoring. It also features a complete Reference Manual and plenty of examples.

We have created CPCtelera to simplify the process of starting to develop prods for Amstrad CPC. We do not want people giving up because there is a tedious step of figuring out which tools to use and how to compile and configure them. With CPCtelera you only have to download it, install software requirements, launch setup.sh and start developing.

It is mainly focused on game development, but it can also be used for demos, tools and software in general. We hope this helps those wanting to start coding for Amstrad CPC! :D

Interesting, but setup.sh? ehhrm...

setup.sh is the install script. If you wanted to install it on Windows or OSX, take a look at the install instructions. On Windows you require Cygwin and some libraries, and on OSX you require XCode Command Line tools.

Sorry, should have mentioned it before! :)

Nice work, and not sure I'd use it (just me, though) but given it's released under the GPLv3 and there doesn't seem to be any listed exceptions, any program that uses the "low-level game coding library" would also be GPL'd.* Is that an intention?

* citation (on the presumption they would have to ship with a copy of your library)
Ah, may as well since I'm here. Thumbs up for the work involved. :)
