Looked pretty but there was no sound on my system. I use an Asus Xonar soundcard.
I think the compo was 'combined demo'. So it's a 64k, that got bloated to a windows demo and entered in the combined demo :-D
Great :) Runs perfectly here on my ole GTS450. Massive style! Love the textwriter, the sync, and really "correct" feeling amount of postprocessing glitch. Thanks for the Rift greet! Great tune from Punqtured (of course).

Quite cool! I like the sea scene. It's a pitty that it runs very slow here (but I noticed this problem at the party and how they solved it, then tried to change my Catalyst settings and nothing for me :P).

The RAR contains a single file, "main.intruderproject", which should be dropped into the "projects/sundown2013" dir.
@Canopy, I was in the exact same boat last year. It's a bit daunting before-hand, but once you arrive I'm sure you'll find yourself saying "I wish I'd starting going to demo parties years ago". Everyone is really friendly and it's a great change to put faces to the names of the people you chat to on IRC. I think the next Sundown may be in June. Would be awesome to see you there :)
@front243, that's a little odd. It's just an MP3 played back using Bass. I've tested it on a few machines and sound seems to work fine on all of them. Have you had similar issues with any other demos/intros?

Should be fine on ATI , Smash. I was testing on an ATI laptop quite regularly. I'll give this version one more test just to double check.
superplek, I hear ya. As Punqtured said, this was primarily driven by my desire to release something at Sundown, rather than already having something ready to release. It looks quite rushed and unfinished - because it is ;)

Hmmm. Geht so.
Well rounded production, I like the style of the music, reminds me of some old amiga heavy techno prods. Could have done with 1 more effect though and less time in the rotating meringue. You make a good team! :D
Oh and the start is pretty epic, you are good at introductions! <3

Not the finest debut, and could still do with a lot more polishing, optimizing and better sync. But, I'm tired and people are restless, so here it is...
A 'final' may appear at some point, but don't hold your breath. This is the last thing we plan to make with our (now quite broken) Intruder intro tool.
Some notes:
* The end scene uses code from h3r3's famous "Sunset on the Sea" shader.
* The TV filter is based on the one Rez uses so effectively in his Razor1911 intros.
* This may explode!

Also big thanks to Revival who spent most of Sundown debugging the intro tool and making some changes to at least allow this thing to run at all.
