Yes, very smooth dancers esp for an 8bit. Btw,. in the YAPE emulator it crashes in the middle and displays some wrong gfx, I am wondering if I could watch it in full somehow.

nicely made "state of the art/9 fingers" remix but somehow, it should have been shorter. It's getting boring pretty fast. Thumb up anyway for the nice graphics and the effort. Music is not my cup of tea.
rulez added on the 2007-07-16 18:20:10 by StingRay StingRay
Optimus: it's a trackmo, that means you need to set the real 1541 CPU emulation in YAPE, (settings/Drive 8 setup/). How many times I'd written this sentence on Pouet, counting this too? :)

I dance with my thumbs up !

First and foremost this reminded me (once again) about how much I truly hate State Of The Art and 9 Fingers. That said, the dancers were indeed very smooth, so thumbs this time for technicality - not demostyle.

The stly is not really my cup of tea, also the background pictures could have been, at least a bit adjusted. Well, i also didnt like the music much, but otherwise it was a nice demo. :D

Ok, pretty nice and smooth animations.

But it seems like a bad copy from the archetype on amiga. The combination and selection of animation clips appears random. The overall feeling is that of a tech demo (aka coder porn), but since it tries to be more it just seems awkward.

Sorry, I know I should cheer for this obscure platform.

FoolMan: as just explained before, you only need YAPE V0.75 emulator set to real 1541 CPU emulation (settings/Drive 8 setup/).

Thanks for the video, although I has'nt been able to reproduce the same SID emulation both on YAPE and VICE. Hope that one was correctly set to TED timing...

Slightly mixed feelings ... It's probably a bit too much of the same, but i've never seen anything like it yet on the Plus/4, so i like it.

Great stuff. I remember watching some other 8bit 'state of the art-alike' some time back, but it was nowhere near as good looking as this. Maybe it was on a slower platform though.

Shade uses SIDcard to play its SID music, and if it didn't work for you, you've probably used the wrong drive (SD2IEC?).

I ran it using the ultimate 2+, indeed no Sid expansion.
