Average but the last "scene" (the picture of "under the roof" by transparency) worked really great on the big screen.

Bigscreen compo. One good reason to visit Main. When these stuff run in a very wide window one cannot appreciate, I can't imagine how cool it was being there watching this or the other stuff. I guess this is a total thumb up for this compo. And I wonder how this twister or the oldschool stuff look and how fun it will be to program something in such wideness. Is it enough to just set up a wide res in SDL and it will work on that big screen?
Optimouse : For setting up the window, yes, just using the correct resolution is ok. But then, when thinking about the scenes, you have to take a lot of constraints into account - the biggest one being the viewer's point of view/perspective (this is also why most of this year's HS entries used 2D effects). For instance, the very last image with the "behind the roof"-thingie is absolutely pointless when seen anywhere else than on the bigscreen. Hooray for youtube live-footage ! :D
