The original uses a packer which only works on Windows-9x versions. To get it running on Windows XP, execute the included windows xp version.
The mag itself is just a warez chartsmag, not interesting for demosceners. They also got lazy because this one uses the same music as issue #2 :-)

Removed the win-xp version (see this discussion to find out why). If you want to watch it on Windows XP then get a tool like DeShrink and use it to unpack the executable.
