well, most samples it produces are outrageously noisy, the functionality is pretty limited, it's not handy to use the interface...
add to that awful test tune... well, an improvement comapring to previous version but still it's crap measuring by the scene standarts.
and stop using .tkat .kfarbrausch v2 .tupe .of .kknotatio already-v2, mkay..

auf wiedersehen monty, or as far as i got with it.

It's not usable. really. At least for me as a musician.
Most of the parameters are broken (hint: lowpass != noise gate, thanks for the laugh though :) and the whole tool lacks the feel I would need to use it.

The envelopes are good and the effort is nice, but next time get a musician and try to make a tool for him/her. (Which means, take this piggie and use it properly.)

hum.. you know if there was a usable synth available when I wanted to make a 4k I surely havent tried to do one myself as I'm not musician and will never be. You seem to be so I think this kind of release should come from you and not from me. I dont ask to criticize my synth here, I know that it's nice enough to use in some prods. This release is here to help, cause you seem to not want to do that. Thanks and be happy.

bah.. learn too take critism! If someone thinks your tracker isn't usable from a musicians point of view then perhaps that person has a point.. or?? Adding it here always produces critizm, either you like it or not.

Perhaps it's nice.. I sure didn't get it to sound ok...

Comparing ksynth-v2 to previous version you made great improvement, so meybe next version will be useable.

Usual complaints:
1. One octave is not enough to play most melodies.
2. It seems that it doesn't support anything longer than one 24-step track.
3. Export function is broken - missing '};' here and there and invalid use of '#'.
4. Filter doesn't seem to work at all.

On the other side, it has nice set of presets showing that it has the potential. As Gargaj said, get a musician and make a tool for him, not for a coder.

I'm waiting for ksynth-v3. Good luck! :)

Well, I know how hard it is to work with musicians ;-)

I'm quite sure that this may become a really great tool soon, if you have the guts to actually work with a (hopefully patient) musician. No matter how hard that is for both of you :-)

Looks nice and promising, and doesn't sound so bad ... But as stated earlier, it's hardly useable unless for some 4K crap-tune ...
Put some patterns handling, upgrade your samples quality, and you can have a decent little softsynth ( even for cheap 64k, and i'll be happy to use it ^^ )

Undeniably much better than the 1st version and looks now promising. Keep improving it!

It is a decent tool. The play button needs to be more visible tho.
