okay, since they used # in the filename (as I said, it sucks) you can't access it with the browser. # doesn't belong in a filename, you ignorants (see the release packaging article in PAiN 10/03). everybody that wants to download the mag has to login to the FTP and download manually.
I found 2 English articles interesting, that's enough for me.
